Goals and Objectives to Accomplish if Elected

To increase outreach efforts to Hispanic college organizations and to Hispanic military associations to increase the number of applicants to HHS positions. Increasingly, I hear from recent graduates and veterans of their tireless efforts to obtain federal employment, but they are unaware of the process. Positions are being posted, and positions are available–yet Hispanics are still overwhelmingly underrepresented in the federal workforce.
